    Placed order on the 4th, when it didn't ship by the 17th contacted ebay to let them know. They asked if I still wanted the item or a refund and I said that I'd still like the item. They said to give it a few days for them to contact the seller and the seller to respond. But yet I was issued a refund almost immediately. I don't know what happened when they tried to contact the seller, but I'm sorry this happened. They're very nice mugs.

    Never received my item. It was never even shipped. I paid, and got nothing. I messaged the seller 3 times and never got a reply. I see in the reviews that this also happened to someone else. Don’t buy anything from this seller!

    Neutral feedback: From seller- "I am so sorry. I got your package back on Saturday from USPS with the box totally destroyed and the item was broken (smashed actually). I didn’t even get a reason or explanation of any kind. I have sent you a full refund, etc" Would not hold against seller, unless seller does not file complain against USPS. Myself filing two today as my other eBay item has arrived smashed (not related to this seller) Would have given 5 stars if seller had filed USPS complaint
