    Sublime Image Quality result when optimal operating parameters are followed.

    Near-sublime image quality (IQ), when shooting in optimal operating paramaters (under ISO 400). Absolutely pleased with IQ; I regard it like a film camera loaded with a single-ISO (should I say "ASA"), film speed. Photographers who "grew-up on film" should feel familiar working with such a camera. It's relatively feather-weight & compact size encourage bringing it everywhere. Those who prioritize camera versatility to this kind of camera lose their IQ (pun-intended).

    cant describe how impressed I am with the Quattro cameras. had the sd3, dp10?, dp1 and 2. Better battery life, jpegs are great, build quality tops. the versions that i ordered seem to be brand new. Love the tonality and sharpness of the pictures. this dp0 quattro is beautyful. very pleased.

    Gem

    I purchased this camera after intensive research and was mentally prepared for all its shortcomings. I found I was able to adapt to it very quickly. Overall, I think the operation doesn't feel too much different from any other camera its menu system is actually very simple and intuitive, and all essential settings are easily accessible. Its really an ISO100 only camera, so as soon as you realize the shutter speed is slower than 1/50 or so, you know you need a tripod. I was quickly accustomed to using it only in bright light, and turn to my other cameras for darker conditions. (However with B&W mode you can go all the way to ISO800 without losing much detail). It's a very slow camera based on today's standards. Autofocus is sluggish, each shot takes a long time to write to the card, and the ...
