Good value for easy fix for RFI
Worked great for reducing common mode current and resulting RFI on the feedline for my end fed antenna to my amateur radio transceiver. Where before, the RFI would cause loud noise from my computer speakers while transmitting, after looping my coax through the torroid a few times effectively eliminated the effects.

The best material for HF common mode chokes, in my opinion.
If you are 'into' amateur radio. 11 - 13 coax turns wound on the toroid makes an excellent line choke. Suppress common mode currents on your coax.

Toroid Core FT240-31 Ferrite
Toroid Core FT240-31 Ferrite that I bought is category 31 , a highly suitable toroid for making CHOKEs for Ham Radio Communications Antenna system. I highly recommend this Toroid Ferrite Core for any one who makes Chokes and or Baluns. Thanks.

Everybody Needs One
This is a ring of iron filings. The mix of ferrite creates a frequency selective transformer core. Will work on transmission, being careful not to overheat.
