Fast shipping and great seller communication. Its a decent little adapter for the price and the plug and play easy software install built into the adapter is nice and super convenient. Far Better than most of these adapters where you gotta go try and find drivers which can be a huge pain when switching computers if you lose the driver disks, not to mention most computers dont have CD drives anymore.. Used it for a spare system and its been a solid purchase. I would buy this again!

BEWARE!!! I didn't want to have to leave a review but this is by far the WORST experience I have ever had. Total waste of money and I want a full refund for my time back. The PC was not prepared as a gaming PC although it states that and also who packages their "expensive equipment" in styrofoam??! The top of the PC was bent up and damaged and most of the fans did NOT work. Please look at those photos. I'm disgusted.. I will not do this again!!

Sometimes you can tell how people are just from their names : "BUTT BAB" with 0 feedback you can check our feedback for more than 20 years we have been on this platform selling quality products to our customers and even if ups damaged the case I offered you a replacement you refused and yes we package our computers above and beyond what the case/box the manufacturer sends to us we take the box and package it in styrefoam and it gets shipped in 2 days delivery just to prevent damage
