Bands are 24" long. I would have liked longer b/c when stretched, for example, around feet to do arm work, they cut into my hands between thumb and forefinger. So, I got longer bands for most of my workout. I may or may not use these, but I cut 2 of them in order to have more flexibility for using them. I would not find length of bands in description. Perhaps I didn't look carefully enough.
