        It's cute, but don't buy one!

        The Crosley Cruiser is popular because it's small, lightweight and easy to carry around. But, so is a CD player, and MP3 players are even easier to carry! The reason people are into vinyl is to hear a level of sound they can't get from compressed digital audio streamed from their phones, smart speakers, etc. Unfortunately, Crosley compromised every single part of this record player that could have helped the listener enjoy the truly high fidelity sound available from well cared for vinyl records, and so the experience is still lost on anyone using a Cruiser. The worst part is the built in speakers, which are tinny and shrill. My phone and laptop's internal speakers (much smaller than the Crosley's), have a better tone than the Crosley. You will get no bass, mids are weak, and treble ...
