    More Than Adequate

    I researched many units and although there were some really high quality items out there, most demanding a pretty penny, I was interested in functionality first, and cost/quality second. Very few units had balance controls, input volume controls, and separate volume controls for at least 2 headphones. 2 phone minimum I required for doing edits while someone else could joined in, but the main reason was for a fellow former veteran DJ who was the victim of a major accident that left him homebound, not able to venture out anymore but had to make a living, creating commercials for the local commerce and one of the local stations. He needed a unit that could handle more than one headphone to create commercials using others along with himself in the cut. Another reason was teaching him how to ...

    This headphone Amp is great!

    This is my 8th BEHRINGER headphone Amp. I’ve had five of the power play 8 channels. This is my second one of the 4 channel ones. I simply wore my previous one out by years of travel in the US and overseas. I don’t trust any headphone amp other than behringer for my 600 ohm, 80, 50, etc. Pro headphones.

    Best Bang 4 Tha Buck

    Lots a research. Needed something that wouldn't cleanly and with some umph... that would handle at least two headsets during the recording of an interviewer and the subject for commercials. The power was needed for those who were already hard of hearing and the separate volume controls was a plus for that even if you pushed the max, if there was any distortion, it was your headsets, not the amp. Yep, bought two of these things. Personally I use mine during track edits with my Sennheizers. If a cost effective studio grade is what you want, try this little amp.

    This works well but if you really need some volume-you'll want to get a power amp. I was hoping to use this with my ipod while playing drums and it just wasn't loud enough over the drums. But it was a good deal and I can use this for other applications no worries. A
