Help children swing for the fences in Little League World Series 2008, the first licensed Little League game for Wii and DS. The Wii version features cel-shaded, cartoon-like graphics with pint-sized players individually rated in power, contact, fielding, and speed. Motion-sensing controls allow players to swing and throw using the Wii Remote, with the default camera view positioned behind home plate. In addition to exhibition and Little League World Series play, the game includes an assortment of whimsical challenges to master. Players can throw pitches to knock down bowling pins, for example, or try to hit targets like giant popcorn boxes and hot dogs positioned around the park. Eight official U.S. teams are included along with eight international teams.

Moms Point of View-Little League World Series a HIT!
This Mom LOVES LOVES LOVES this game. Not because i play it but because my Husband and Son have found a game they enjoy at the same time playing together. Even better- it is not filled with those terrible harsh sounds that make you nervous after hearing them for 15 minutes. It is a calm game with all the punch of excitement for the game players-you dont feel like you are listening to the beep and music that last in your ears all night long. They love this game because you learn skills and you can find hidden tricks along the way to improve your score. My Son gets a kick out of stomping his Dad because he found a new way to send a power pitch. This game has been a total hit at our home We have many of the games but this is a two thumbs up after many plays! Never boring!Great for gifts ... This Mom LOVES LOVES LOVES this game. Best Wii Sports Game BY FAR
Listen, I'll get straight to the point. List game is LOADS of fun. Everything about the game is realistic from the pitching to the batting. The only thing that it truly lacks is unlockable teams. I am 22 years old. That is NOT a typo. I got a game that my girlfriend could easily learn and play (since she often complains about 360 games being to complicated.) In her first game she was laughing and smiling about actually participating in an easy to use title. If you are a baseball fan of ANY age do yourself a favor and pick this game up it will provide hours on end of gameplay and a compition between close friends!Listen, I'll get straight to the point. My granson had it on his Christmas list. I checked a lot of stores and a lot were actually out of it and those that had it wanted a lot of money so I decided to go on E-Bay and check it out and bid on a couple different ones till I finally won it. My grandsons love it because it is so realistic. You can hear the ball against the bat etc. Very good game and another good experience with purchasing something on e-bay.My granson had it on his Christmas list. This is a good baseball game. If your looking for something more advanced than the Original Wii Sports Baseball, then I recommend this for you. The controls are a little more advanced than expected and it took about 15 minutes to do the training. Once I got the hang of the controls the game was fun to play! I must admit, I have only had it for a short time, but I foresee myself and friends playing this game for hours on end! I am definitely looking forward to playing the newer updated versions of this game when I am finished!This is a good baseball game.
