I am rating the experience positive only because the seller offered a full refund. The item description described the vase as 15-1/2” tall , but when I received it, it was only 13-1/2 tall. I was pretty disappointed. I told the seller I was comfortable paying $15 for the size of the vase I received & he refunded me $15 instead of the difference between the $36 that I paid & the $15, which should have been $21. He was quick in his response though & I appreciated that. Mistakes happen sometimes

I was nervous about the age and size of the item being sent a vintage apple2 computer. The seller comunated with me and assuring me that he would take special care when packaging. It was shipped quickly with special attention to the bubble wrap and styrofoam in side. It arrived quickly and safely package inside the box. Thay did a amazing job. It was exactly as described.
