We purchased the manual creaser device for creating notecards. Seller was responsive and courteous. Shipment was reasonably quick. The device seems well built. Instructions need improvement. There was a rubbing sound each time we pulled the lever, which was unsettling at first. It required me to remove the shaft cover, seems the shaft is rubbing against part of the inside wall. Once removed, the noises stopped.This led to locating two nylon bolts which I adjusted for added crease pressure.
