License plate frame arrived bent and broken. Packaging was a yellow shipping envelope with minimal protection. In the past, other sellers have sent in a cardboard box to reinforce the plate. Contacted seller and did not receive any communication from them. Really disappointed as I wanted to give the frame as a gift for my friend. Additionally, plate is made from plastic, not metal.
