It might have been my fault, but I couldn't figure out how to get this to properly attach to my 22 Rav4 Hybrid Limited. I really tried. I reported the issue to the seller. He did try hard to help me - sent me videos, asked me questions, etc., but I just couldn't do it for some reason. I think maybe the velcro straps were faulty ... and I also could not figure out where under my seat they were supposed to attach. It looked and felt like a great product. Eventually, he kindly refunded me.

The seller issued a prompt refund since the mats never were delivered by USPS.After many phone calls asking USPS where the order was from 12/11 in transit they could not advise where they were or if they could be found.So, this seller deserves a 100% feedback for their effort to help....This was in no way the sellers they did ship fast but assume USPS lost them....It was a good purchase price & quality item but had to purchase a set locally due to it being a Xmas gift..
