This is junk and a waste of your time they ship there stuff with half the stuff missing and then to a refund on it to get the parts is was missing to fine out it doesn’t work like it should the easy release don’t work either smh

bought this POS winch said it was 20000 pound winch .I was pulli900 pound log the shaft broke within the first pull on it. They ask for pictures I sent them and have not heard a word . I would not buy this product they dont stand behind it at all

Paid for item. Seller then sent a message stating that they couldnt ship to my address and wanted another address to ship to. They were given 3 different addresses that they could ship to but I know for a fact that fedex which was listed as their shipper delivers to every address I gave them. They then decided to refund my money. They then relisted the item with a 50 percent increase in price, so I guess I know why they didnt want to ship the item I had paid for. Ebay only allowed + feedbak

Ordered two and both boxes arrived with both ends busted up bad.
One cylinder has a broken grease zerk fitting and the other one is missing the extra seal kit.
Contacted seller and he refunded me $20 for the damage and missing kit.
I requested info. on the seal kit so I could buy one elsewhere but I never got a reply back. Otherwise communication was good
