Hi. You had a change of mind and initiated a return. Communication was constant, we allowed a change of mind return and stated that a refund would be issued upon receiving the goods in their original condition as per Ebay policy. You demanded a refund without the return of goods and that is extremely unethical and rude. Australia Post still hasn't returned the items which we investigated and maintained communication. We ISSUED a refund and STILL have not received the goods. Very rude customer
