It was well packaged. Charging and connecting the pencil is a breeze. It works exactly as the Apple Pencil, but is about AU$ less than the branded version. I love it that it is not fully round but has one aspect that is flat, so unlike the branded version, it does not roll away when you put it down. It fits nicely in the little slot in my Otterbox. Great transaction!

So I think their customer service is good. My advice is to read the description and double-check your device model. I bought this stylus based on photos, and it looks almost exactly like the Apple Pencil 1, which works on older iPads. This one does not work devices older than 2018.
