Copy of my message to the seller: I received the Neato yesterday and already there is a problem. This vacuum is NOT new! I found a lint ball behind the roller and there was dust in there, too. I have unpacked it and plugged it in to charge and it is going red telling me that it has an 0002 problem with the battery. I have since installed new batteries and it charged and worked correctly so I won't be returning it if there are no more problems. I am unhappy that you are selling a used vacuum as

Buyer refused a full or partial refund and decided to keep the item. Detailed pictures were taken, posted, and exact item and only item being sold was shipped. The buyer failed to read the item's description - a complete new set of batteries was included with the sale as was stated "dormant batteries in the vacuum may not hold a charge." Every effort was made to satisfy the buyer and in the end the buyer kept the item without accepting any refund.
