Shipping was slow but expected. The shoes I used the product on look way better. It does not have the same texture as nubuck, it is harder like when you wash the suede but you renew the appearance of your shoe. Great product.

On the expected delivery date, the seller marked the item as shipped, but no tracking. After a week passed, I contacted eBay/the seller. To the seller's credit, he did ship this item priority shipping soon after and offered a partial refund. It delivered a total of two weeks past the expected date, and when received, it was a leaky mess that the Post Office had wrapped and marked as "received in damaged condition." I contacted the seller, receiving no response. eBay refunded me.
