Although the item cost £41.00, the seller labelled the value of the item on the packaging as 350 Euros (£305)!! As a result I had to pay a UK customs charge of £70 to receive delivery of this item. Also the delivery was delayed for 12 days because of this. Only items posted from abroad with a value greater than £135 incur tax. If the package had the correct value, I would not have had to pay tax and would have received the delivery much earlier. This was a very expensive transaction.
