However, I was surprised to see that it went right into windows when I turned it on; I was under the impression that when a PC is refurbished and you turn it on, it’s like starting a brand new computer. It seems like the PCs initial setup prompts were performed before shipping. Not a deal breaker but just seemed a little weird to me.
