  • Easy to use when it works

    Just plug in the VCR or Camcoder and push a few buttons and it copies right to the included 4gig SD card. I did have to buy a larger (32gig) SD card to be useful. The unit is real finicky to turn on. Sometimes it will, sometimes it won't. When it is on, press the red record button and it starts the recording. The screen provided on the unit is very helpful to see the status of the video. When you want to move the captured video to a PC, take the micro SD card out and put it into a card reader on the PC and go. Or move the USB power cable from the Power adapter and plug it into a PC USB port. Seems easy to do, but the PC will not recognize the unit. Nowhere does it say in the instructions, to plug the USB cable into the PC and then press and hold the Menu/Power button for about 3 seconds to ...
