    Even though the record was well packed, the record arrived cracked. That's the first time I ever received a record that was well packed and cracked. After I asked the seller for a refund, he cheerfully refunded my money and didn't want the record back. This a very honest seller. I hope I make another purchase from him. HG

    Thank you for honest feedback. Yes, we go all out to pack our records and yours is only the 2nd in 10 years that arrived damaged, but as you mentioned we refund all damaged items including your initial shipping. I will always fix the problem when a buyer contacts me first.
