At first I thought the kit to be of questionable value when I first opened it. The replacement parts did not have the finish I was normally use to seeing with kits from HP. That being said, I installed it anyway. I was pleasantly surprised the kit performed well and continues to do so to this day. I would have no reservations buying another kit from this supplier. Because of the distance and location of the company it takes a week or two to arrive. Great Roller Kit, Excellent quality!
Bought this kit to resolve pickup problems with my HP Laserjet 4100. I haven't used all the pieces in the kit (there seems to be more items than I need?) but the quality is excellent and printer is running great now.
