While we had an issue about what we sent, item did not match the picture and the condition of the product did not seem "new" as sold.
I contacted the seller and they explained what happened. They get these from Toyota package and what was sent back to them as still new may not have been. They were very understanding and offered a full refund on the product return, which I received. They were great to do business with. I would do business with them in a minute. Great vendor!
