Communication was prompt and stated would send another out, which I did not accept and asked for refund. Was told to send back to get refund. Never mind it would have been seen when fitting the hinge and still sent it out. I picked the box as I had lost my bit, wanted to store his ashes. Already distressed and then even more so when the box arrived damaged. The damage probably occurred while with the courier. Whenever this happens I will firstly always offer to send out a new item ( without the need to return the damaged product), when the customer doesn't want this a return / refund is the next step. The seller kept in almost constant communication with us, sending images of what his view was against what we had asked for. He updated and changed the plaque exactly as we wanted. The package arrived earlier than expected, within 3 days of the order being made. Well wrapped and protected. When my wife opened it she welled up and could only say "it's beautiful" the seller has went above and beyond. Definitely recommend
