The chair arrived in perfect, like new condition. Not a mark on it. I recommend the Steelcase Gesture chair highly. It is like a spa experience for your back, your arms and your posture. This is a trust worthy seller and if I needed another chair, I would not look any other place. Assembly was super easy, just 2 pieces. The chair is INCREDIBLE. Perfect condition. Which is kind of a miracle because the box was totally smashed when it arrived! Also, it was incredibly stressful to deal with fedex and make sure i was home when they dropped it off— this seller forces fedex to require an in-person signature which was really hard for me to do because I’m not always at home during the day. So perhaps ask them not to require a signature when they ship your chair to you! But the seller is super friendly and I would rec.

The item was generally as described, certainly with scuffing and markings but fine enough for the price. Unfortunately, the screws required to mount to the monitors were not included; it should have been called out in the description. The seller shipped the items quickly.
