I should have read the previous review on this seller!
This person is in North Coralina, he/she or there! Told me Via text it will take 10 days priority shipping to reach Florida. Even after I ask him he/she or there how can that be possible nevertheless I still waited for the 10 day to expire. Granted I have purchased this item from 4/06/24…
Now I have been reach out to the scammer and nothing back from it/he/she or there all day! Just so you know, this will be reported. Very dishonest!!

Hello the actual events that transpired were that we contacted you as soon as we noticed the item was late and found the package was damaged in shipping. So we asked if you wanted to wait for a replacement package expedited or would like a refund. You immediately flew off the handle and issued us a bad feedback and so we immedialtely issued a refund. Once the refund was complete and you received your refund in full you went and disputed the charges with your credit card and filed a case.

We are sorry you feel this way but the order was shipped and we refunded your money in full anyway. We contacted you only to ask if you wanted us to resend the item in another expedited shipment free of charge on us or a refund once the problem was discovered. So we do not understand why asking if you want a refund is offensive? Lost or damaged shipments are unfortunate but beyond our control so we do what we can to rectify the situation. Thank you

Ordered solvent 1/21/24. Seller printed out shipping label but never shipped item (no tracking info). Messaged Seller on 1/31 requesting shipping status (needed item). Seller responded by cancelling my order with the reason "Buyer Requested Cancelation", which was untrue...Only needed status of shipment. When inquired, seller stated it shipped (which was untrue). I had planned to return it upon receipt...but item never arrived. I DO NOT SUPPORT SELLERS WHO LACK INTEGRITY.

This is a false and untrue statement from you. Upon checking your shipment we saw it had not moved so the order was refunded. This usually indicates a problem with the shipment for some reason but no reason was provided to us through tracking. So you received a refund and therefore as per ebay policy you are not allowed to leave a negative feedback as there is no reason for it. We really don't understand why you would attempt to discredit us when we responded to your request immediately.
