Flawless experience…expeditious turnaround and shipping, and product arrived perfectly as described. I had actually intended to return it only based on fitting constraints with my setup, and again this request was handled quickly and professionally. I had to cancel the return though, because I thought it was wise to do a quick sound quality check, and apparently a 30amp fused line was sufficient to blow the bajeezus out of the internal components. Dumb buyer. Awesome vendor.

Came as described and communication was great. It comes from overseas so not a next day item but was a week ahead of schedule. If installing a DDIN unit using this piece it will require you to make a trim piece but not difficult. Very pleased and allows me to keep factory trim/stereo if I ever switch back. Great seller. Went in '08 patriot.
