The shipping was high for how long it took to arrive. And the packaging for the item was extremely minimal — one layer of bubble wrap and plastic. The item tore through the thin layer of packaging and was scratched and blemished from the journey through multiple shipping processes. While the part itself seems fine, I was extremely disappointed with the shipping costs. The seller needs to improve their process for shipping to match the value they charge to send the item.

This was my most challenging experience. The item was delivered damaged, and I requested a return. The company is out in China, and the method of communication is minimal. They asked that I provide a receipt with the costs of shipping, which I did, but they only transferred 6 dollars into my PayPal account, and the shipping was way way more than that. There was a significant lack of communication and a lot of unnecessary back-and-forth.
