I received the wrong item. It was nice and new, but not what I ordered or wanted. Seller was very responsive and gave me the choice to return it for a full refund or keep it and get a partial refund. I didn't feel like going through the hassle of returning, so I took the partial refund. I just wish the seller would have told me they no longer had the item I ordered, and that they would have given me the choice to cancel my order instead of them just shipping a different item altogether.

Ordered a box - good pricing but they were mislabeled and I was sent wrong size . I had to repack the box to send back but seller was very communicative and effectively settled the issue w a refund and was very apologetic. Most importantly recognized what had happened and promised to correct all mislabeled boxes.
I revived a receipt of my refund and honestly, I’ll probably but another box in correct size. Seller made all the difference- very good!
