I responded by asking how much of a partial refund? It has been two weeks and I have sent multiple messages to the seller with no response. I am out of time to order another item so I had to use the damaged part and pay the full price. Stay away from this seller!

I found it laying in my gravel driveway where the delivery guy left it. I was surprised it wasn't in a box. I used to sell Memphis Shades W/S in my shop. They always came in s box. No harm no foul.
