My SFF desktop was package very securely so I had little concern about it being damaged during transport. The only problem I had was the wifi adapter was not included. When I reached out to customer service I spoke to 2 representatives that were more than accommodating. My wifi adapter was shipped that day and my desktop is running smoothly.

The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

Product arrived in considerably safe packaging and appeared as displayed in storefront photos. Initially I was rather disappointed with the performance of a laptop which such reliable specs. So I sought out the seller to attempt and exchange or a refund. The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.
