    It came exactly as described. The packaging looked rough on the outside but was very carefully packed once I opened it. It had plenty of protective and shock-absorbing packing material. It works perfectly and was a great price for something that is seemingly brand new condition. I would maybe recommend not covering the outside with so much tape and/or using a box that seemed to be in bad condition but as I mentioned before it was packed well 9n the inside. I willl shop with this seller again.

    better than i expected

    after researching used computers i decided on this Dell 3010 during my research i found that the Dell 3010 and the Dell 7010 were very much the same i believe it was the amount of usb ports was the main diff. though this comp was an i3 meaning it was over 5 yrs old , it is no slouch fast reliable good memory i could not ask for more dvd included an extra bonus if it gives me 2 yrs service that would be great however i feel we will be friends for a long time this is a true work horse. i am one happy camper

    Upgradble, good brand at fraction of the retail price.

    Dell Optiplex 3030 has got tool less design. It is upgrade able to a maximum of 8GB RAM. This machine is customizable and will not break the wallet. The quality of the metal body is much better than after market cabinets available. It does have HDMI slot.

    Ok for the price.

    The only issue i had with it is that the motherboatd seemed pinched where the rear ports protruded making it a little challenging to plug the usb amd the hdmi cables in.
