Works, but no instructions (even basic) included. It required fabricating a bracket. Overall, 10/10 since it keeps my beloved old O&K running.

Thank you for your feedback. The new pilot comes with the chrome bracket that is pictured. These mount exactly like the old pilot in 95% of stoves and other heating devices.There could be some ranges or furnaces that don't have the same accomodation on a burner as most stoves do for mounting.
