Exactly as described, cutters are made from high speed steel and have a ground finish. Each one appears to have been well made. Each we're individually wrapped and then all stored in a solid plastic container. Postage was quicker than some Australian items I bought at the same time. Very happy with this seller

I needed two cutters for a repair, the complete set of cutters was a little less than the price of two cutters from the US. Upon receiving the cutters I was not satisfied with the condition of the items received. I asked to return the item and the seller offered to refund half the purchase price and keep the item..
