I am a bit disappointed. I thought this was the actual hardcover book. Instead, it's a paperback booklet from the Museum of Science and Industry of the Colleen Moore Doll House. My bad. I should have read the description better. Regardless, the book is in great condition, almost like new. Packaged well, fast shipping, good transaction. My only complaint is the seller should have made it more clear in the description that it wasn't a hardcover book. Otherwise a good eBayer.
