Very efficient delivery service for main unit, thought it had an integral heater but didn't, contacted L&B Ventilation quickly sorted out a heater unit which attaches to main unit . Only DPD missed delivery next day but did deliver day after. Thumbs up to L&B Ventilation. Haven't installed yet so can't comment on performance
