The bridge and tailpiece should have been detached for shipment. This was not done and the item was packed in a soft case and a layer of tape and bubble wrap (not in a box). Lucky, it’s okay.

    The absolute best single unit for electronic drummers.

    I am a real drummer but produce electronic music, particularly Drum & Bass, and this unit allows me to use custom samples, fantastic on-board effects and routing options, layer samples with the on-board Roland drum sounds, and has a comprehensive I/O setup. It's perfect as a drum sampler optimized for being triggered by a real drummer.

    Amazing equipment

    This is truly a top of the line machine. I wasn't aware of the digital trigger inputs till I got the TD-50 but when I purchased the digital snare and ride (pricey), I finally felt like I was experiencing next gen technology in drums.
