      8 quarts...just right for an almost-full fluid exchange in my Honda CR-V

      I decided to do an "almost complete" exchange of all of the old transmission fluid in my Honda CR-V. I was reluctant to use any kind of pressurized flush of my system that some shops offer, hearing of some instances where the pressure may be a bit much for some of the components in the transmission...then you can end up potentially having a very expensive rehab of your CR-V's trans. The 8 quarts offered the right amount of fluid. (my 2005 Honda CR-V trans capacity is 7.6 quarts) After watching a YouTube clip on a do-it-yourself job of changing the transmission fluid I learned you will drain only about 3 and a half quarts on the first drain. You then (after filling up the trans again with 3.5 quarts) run the transmission for a while, getting it through all of the gears as the fresh ...

      Good fluid

      Fluid is good and is as pictured. It was a nice extra to include the washer needed for the transmission drain and fill. Better to pay a few extra dollars than to risk using some off brand fluid and have a destroyed transmission.

      Only use Honda OEM products.

      My Pilot's transmission was acting up and needed a drain and flush. I only use Honda products on it so this fluid worked just great. Now the transmission is running better.

      i was ready to take vacation last year on june when I was on my way turn. on a light then suv started slowing down pushed gas and nothing smoked of transmission fluid burnt just had changed that fluid for about ayeat and issues with trans now it makes big diference no problems with shifting this kind of fluid is very good for extreme temperature!! very happy, cheap!! thank you
