    D'Addario makes great strings

    I doubt there is much I can add in a a review of D'Addario strings which hasn't been said about this well known and often recommended brand and product. The strings are bright and produce a beautiful clean sound. I currently have them on my Strat, Gibson and PRS; all with great results.

    THE standard in guitar strings

    "DAD" 10s as we call them. I would say the standard in the industry for just normal, non-fancy yet high quality guitar strings. Have never had a problem with breaking strings using these. Might not last as long as the ultra expensive ones but when you can get 4 sets (and usually more than 4 sets if you buy in bulk) for the price of one of those fancy sets it's a no brainer.

    Great alternative string set.

    Some guitars are just a little stiff with .11's and some to stringy with .10's. This is a great middle ground offering. I bounce back and forth between .105 and .11's depending upon how much I am playing and the guitar being used. Daddarrio EXL's all sound great and have that nice tone.
