Compact, works as advertised, good value for the money
I bought this after using my brother-in-law's Targus AMP13US for a few presentations. Both models are small and lightweight making them ideal for my purposes (mostly giving presentations while traveling, therefore needing a device that packs easily). I like to walk around my audience while speaking and address everyone individually, so this presenter's range provide me the freedom to work the way I interact the best with the room. The manner in which the USB dongle packs inside the presenter also is a plus for my travel requirements. The AMP13US I used previously has two features that I prefer over this model; a space to store a spare battery and the mouse scroll button is flush, not raised as on the AMP09US. While I haven't experienced any issues during the first month I've used this ... I bought this after using my brother-in-law's Targus AMP13US for a few presentations. Overall, this was the best value for my money since as an older model I was able to buy it for 1/2 to 1/3 the price of the AMP13US. If I had to choose again knowing what I know after a month of use, I would make the same decision.

Everything except removing the USB receiver
The remote works fine, feels good in my hand. But it is a pain to remove the receiver from the battery compartment every time you use the remote. Bad design ! Also, the hard cover to the battery compartment is easy to open, but not easy to close. Again, bad design.
