Uff., June 21, n. 143). - Implementation of Directive 9l/l/CE on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts. The right of withdrawal in the following cases: -Lack of essential integrity of the (packaging and / or contents) Using partial-of assets and any supplies -Lack of outer and / or internal packaging -Lack of product components (accessories, cables, manuals, parts ...) -Damage to the product for reasons other than transportation In the case above, TSPmoto can not provide for reimbursement of purchased goods. To exercise this right of withdrawal within 10 (ten) working days from receipt of products ordered, the customer must send the address below a letter with return receipt.
