I'm happy the order was delivered promptly and the remote works on my Toto toilet perfectly. My concerns are; the item appears to be used and not in the original box and the poor fit of the remote mount. There is no way this mount is the mount that originally comes with the remote. The picture shows it fitting well and the mount picture matches the mount sent but the remote almost slips through and doesn't sit properly without a wedge.
