This is an excellent way to fight infrction and it helps your eyes. The capsules themselves are very small and super easy to take. I have been taking the vitamin for a couple of weeks. I had a toe on my right foot that was swollen and red. I wasn't sure if it was infected but it was sore so I ordered the Vit. A. The swelling has gone away and the pain is gone. I have to assume the Vit. A helped.This is an excellent way to fight infrction and it helps your eyes. The capsules themselves are very small and super easy to take.
