    Unfortunately, the handlebar was shipped in the wrong finish, in chrome rather than the correct black. The seller replied to the issue immediately, asked for some photos and sent the correct one that day! Awesome customer service. His shipping cost back and forth had to be a killer but they were polite and responsive AND ACTUALLY APOLOGIZED FOR THEIR MISTAKE. That's enough for me to make them a favorite! You should too!

    Price was good shipping wasn't bad BUT there packing of the item wasn't good I was vary disappointed as the item was scratched from lack of good packing put in for a return and was told I had to pack it good or they would deduct money from my refund so I had to do the job that they should of done when they shipped it to me and they stopped messaging back after I said that they should of packed it better will not ever order from them again but I did get my full refund
