How refreshing to have purchased something from this seller who went way beyond the extra mile to help resolve a problem he did not create. I received a tracking number from him right away, but the post office said they were still waiting for the package even though he took the item into the PO instead of a drop box. He refunded me today instead of making me go through eBay which would take at least a month before I would receive my money. Buy with confidence from this superb seller.

Good seller, good communication. Poor shipping service, items arrived late. At the date of arriving at my city was heavy rain, and seller didn't protect banknotes at any cardboard or plastic bill holder, so I found envelope at my mail box completely wet, and banknotes inside were wet as well. Sorry, but I don't have any choice as to put Neutral. Just for a future reference, I want to recommend seller use better shipping plan of USPS and wrap items more safely that to avoid stories like that.
