It’s very clear on their page that they work Monday-Friday. Slight ding to UPS. Got home from work late Friday night to open it and my first box had a small crack on the lip of one of the sub cut outs that went down the seam. I sent them a picture and surprisingly they answered! No hassle, offered me a free return label and said they’d ship me a replacement! Wish I could write more, overall worth the money!
