The packet did not arrive in the expected period and when tracked, Royal Mail said that a tracking ID had been assigned but the packet never been posted. A day or so after the last expected day, the parcel arrived. I received two email updates from Royal Mail. The first said the packet was in the system and on its way. The second, timed one minute later said it had been delivered. Appalling Royal Mail service.
