I purchased these air pods from John The Tuscan Man. And I guess they were damaged on the delivery to me. Because John had a 💯 approval rating. So I know he sent out a good product. But my AirPods didn’t connect, & we tried it all. But John understood and he accepted my return with no questions, and was very kind and polite to me.
