Purchased on the 27th, kept waiting then saying it would be most likely 10 days till shipping. Then on 6th of next month 7 business days (supposedly from Japan) msg stating (in a nutshell) we retested the item and found issue, please cancel your order. Testing is to be done before listing, sounds like a cheap excuse for sellers remorse.

Item shipped quickly and is in condition described (or better). Cost was lower than average, so a good deal, and the seller was quickly responsive to messages. The seller’s packaging of the item was less than ideal. I purchased a Yamaha silent cello and this item has a floating bridge and strings. The bridge and tailpiece should have been detached for shipment. This was not done and the item was packed in a soft case and a layer of tape and bubble wrap (not in a box). Lucky, it’s okay.

Here it is; Package arrived much earlier than expected, within a few days, great care taken and in fine working condition, as viewed in the photos and described.
