I ordered a metre of fabric and only received an off cut less than half a metre and when asked if they can send me the full metre out , the seller has been extremely difficult to deal with and the matter still hasn't been resolved. Even though I have sent photo evidence with measuring tape across it to show the size and a screenshot of the original order showing I paid for a full metre. I was told ' evidence isn't sufficient'

If we sent less than a quarter meter out instead of a meter by accident the distance in between the creases on your fabric would be closer together because it would've been packed in a very small envelope. The distance between the creases on your fabric is sufficient evidence that this fabric was packed in a larger bag and would be an indication that the full meter was sent to you and been cut after receiving it. A ruler over fabric is not evidence.We asked for packaging 3.5 hours after delivery
